As always, it is imperative that our client’s websites are used to inform their customers and patients on what is currently happening. It is also absolutely critical that our client’s websites stay online. We are currently working hard with businesses to get the relevant information out.

We would like to introduce our new team members.
Selina joined our team in September 2019 as a fundamental part of our design team. Selina is a qualified and experienced graphic designer and has worked within a wide range of different industries. Her creative flair is perfect for putting together new designs for existing and new websites. Selina takes usability and conversion rate optimisation into account when she is in the process of putting a new design together.
Account Manager and UX Strategist
Sam joined our team towards the end of 2019 as an account manager and UX strategist. Sam will be your main point of contact throughout projects, as she organises the workflow of the whole team. Sam has excellent organisational skills and she makes sure work is booked in and completed within the time schedule that has been agreed on between Pop and the client.
UX Research & Website Support
Tim is the first member of staff at Pop Creative to be recruited to solely focus on website research. Tim joined us earlier this year, and his role as Website Assistant and UX researcher involves him researching and identifying potential issues on websites that could be negatively affecting usability and conversions. As well as this, he updates and creates website content.
