How does it all work?
Once you sign up we run a 40-point audit and install a variety of tracking and survey tools (such as Hotjar, Formisimo and Google Analytics). Using these we monitor your website and identify low performing pages. From here we work page-by-page to correct these issues, usually working on 1 project/page per month.
We already run marketing activies, how can you help?
That's great! As well as optimising and tracking pages, we can support all your marketing activies by building pages, settings up email automatations or even creating landing pages. Basically taking the pain out of the more technical stuff.
Will you support more than one site?
Our monthly support plans are just for the one website, however we can put a bespoke plan together if you have more than one site.
What is unlimited website support?
With all of our packages we'll fix any minor issues or changes you request. We see 'minor amends' as tasks that'll take upto an hour to complete. We're fair and we've found our monthly clients are as well. We support a reasonable number of tasks per month and we will let you know if you're stretching the friendship.
How long does a task take to complete?
We aim to complete tasks on the same business day that they are submitted. If you request a task over the weekend, we generally take care of it on Monday morning unless we deem it to be urgent.
What does 24/7 support mean?
Most jobs are completed Monday to Friday, during business hours. We monitor incoming tasks over the weekend, so if there's an urgent issue we can call in a developer for extra help.
